Pay Fine

Payment of a fine constitutes a plea of no contest, waiver of jury trial and will result in a conviction for the offense charged.

Payment in full can be made on or before your court date. Payment plans must be signed in person.

How to Pay:
In Person – During regular business hours. You may pay by cash, check, money order or card (processing fee for card payments will be applied.)
By Certified or Regular Mail – Send the completed “payment by mail” form, a copy of DL and a check or money order payable to: Hill Country Village

*You may be able to request that the charge be dismissed by completing a driving safety course or placement on deferred disposition.
