Compliments – If you would like to compliment a Hill Country Village Police Officer or City Employee please send an email to hcv@hillcountryvillagetx.org

Formal Complaints – You may file a formal complaint against a Hill Country Village Police Officer by downloading and completing the Administrative Complaint Packet. The packet may be dropped off in person (signed by an officer) or sent by certified mail (notarized). Please see packet for further instructions.
